Our 34th Rendez-vous will be held August 14 - 17, 2024 in Saskatoon, SK at the Persephone Theatre, Remai Arts Center.

Full Conference Pass
- Regular CITT/ICTS Members + Partner Organizations: $315.00 + taxes
- Regular Non-Member: $470.00 + taxes (Become a member and save! Learn about membership here)
- CITT/ICTS Member Retired: $150.00 + taxes
- Student: $50.00 plus taxes (Available to CITT/ICTS members and non-members. Includes a complimentary 1-year student membership OR free renewal of existing membership!)
A Full Conference Pass includes access to all the conference sessions and social activities, and the trade show. This year, an additional fee of $10.00 per person is requested to attend the Rendez-vous 2024 Closing Cocktail Reception which will take place on Friday August 16, 2024 at the Remai Modern Riverview Foyer (includes one (1) free drink ticket).

Students and individuals who identify as part of a racialized and/or marginalized community can apply for a free registration to the conference. There are a limited number of these registrations available, it is open to members and non-members. Limited funds still available - Please send us an email with your name and contact information along with a brief description of yourself and your student ID if you are a student.
Day Pass
TYPES: Thursday August 15 | Friday August 16 | Saturday August 17
A Day Pass gives access to the conference sessions that are happening on that day only, ALL conference social activities and the trade show.
FEES:
- CITT/ICTS Members + Partner Organizations: $82.00 + taxes per day
- Non-Members: $160.00 + taxes per day

Pe-conference Workshops
Pre-conference workshops are not included with the purchase of a Full Conference or Day pass, and a separate registration and fee (where applicable) is required. VIEW Details & Registration
Session Sign up
You will be asked to sign-up for the sessions that you wish to attend. This registration is separate and will be available as soon as the conference schedule is complete. All registered delegates will be notified via email when session sign up is available.
Access Code
CITT/ICTS MEMBERS → You do not need an access code. Please log into your account before starting the registration process.
PARTNER ORGANIZATION MEMBERS → You need an access code to register at the special discounted price. See below for details.
Payment instructions:
All fees are subject to 5% GST + 6% PST.
At check out, you may choose to Pay now by e-commerce (payments by Credit/Debit Cards) OR to Pay later by invoice.
If you choose to be invoiced, the payment of dues will be payable upon reception and may be made either by: Interac e-Transfer OR Bank Wire. The procedure for each option is detailed on your invoice.
Please note that, even though it says you can pay by cheque on the check-out page and your invoice, this year CHEQUES are not accepted for Rendez-vous 2024 Delegate Registrations.

Persephone Theatre is located downtown in the beautiful Remai Arts Centre overlooking the river on River Landing. It sits next door to the Remai Modern Art Museum and across from a developing urban centre that includes a hotel, restaurants, office buildings and urban residences. Get Directions here.

Refund and Cancellations Policy:
This year, cancellation requests due to health reasons will be accepted for Rendez-vous 2024, until midnight on August 12th, 2024. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process and a 25$ fee may apply. Please email us for a cancellation request. Note that other than this one exception, event registration fees are non-refundable, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policies for more details.
