The AFC's Counselling Pilot Program is now available to Quebec residents in the performing arts and entertainment industry who face barriers in accessing mental health services.
Get short-term, solutions-focused support for anxiety, depression, stress, and more, with up to 8 phone or video sessions covered by The AFC. Participants must meet professional and financial eligibility requirements.
To apply, schedule a screening appointment with their Navigator service. Act soon - spots are very limited!
