The call for nominations for the Prix du Québec 2022 runs until March 14.
The Denise-Filiatrault Prize is the highest distinction awarded to a person for their remarkable contribution to the field of the performing arts, including:
- composition,
- design,
- creation,
- artistic direction,
- production,
- direction,
- choreography,
- dramaturgy,
- scenography,
- staging,
- stage techniques.
Before starting to develop the application file, make sure you have read all the terms and conditions.
General conditions for cultural and scientific prizes
Individuals, groups or organizations can nominate a candidate. To do this, they must compile a file and then send it electronically through the websites of the ministries concerned.
Awards
The awards given to the recipients consist of a non-taxable sum of $30,000, a silver medal created by a professional Quebec artist, engraved with their name, and a calligraphic parchment signed by the Prime Minister and the Minister responsible.
Awarding of a prize
A prize is awarded to one person only. However, a prize may be awarded to more than one person in the case of a work carried out jointly or a career pursued jointly.
