Job Description / Duties
The Apprenticeship will be an introduction to the workings of a large wardrobe in a regional theatre.
Under the supervision of the Head of Wardrobe and The Cutter, the Apprenticeship will include learning and working on alterations, building accessories and costumes, dyeing materials, supporting fittings to support all Spriet Stage and McManus Stage productions. The Apprentice may be given the opportunity to supervise small projects on occasion.
Qualifications / Required Skills
The candidate will be a graduate of a post-secondary technical theatre or fashion programme and will have at least 1 year of professional work experience. The successful candidate will be creative, curious and passionate about theatre and have the ability to work in a team environment.
