Job Description / Duties

We're looking for a Sales Representative with focus on Rental Staging and entertainment to be responsible for sales activities and sales growth in the province of Ontario. In collaboration with the Regional Sales Managers, the Rental Staging and Entertainment Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and developing the sales territory. This position within our organization requires a team-oriented professional with a strong, self-directed work ethic along with effective time management and communication skills. The ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work under tight deadlines are a necessity. Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

Nurture and grow existing customer base.
Meet/exceed territory & brand sales objectives.
Responsible for business development
Support customer project design and implementations
Establish and maintain customer relationships.
Keep current with products, technologies, and competitive landscape.
Look for new opportunities and potential clients
Bridge the gap between CI and Pro product lines opportunity.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Language requirements: Fluent in English
Sales background with direct channel sales experience
Possess 5+ years of industry experience in Rental Staging production, corporate and entertainment sales.
Experience working with a CRM; Salesforce and/or Dynamix
Strong knowledge of AV over IP and current network topology is essential.
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
Exceptional interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
Upbeat, passionate, and outgoing demeanor
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Outstanding work ethic and enjoys working both independently and in a team-based environment.
Above average computer skills
Goes above and beyond for the customer.
Thinks creatively.
Can accept and apply feedback with a positive attitude.
Applicant must possess a valid passport, driver’s license, and own vehicle.
75% of the time traveling presenting product and in person meetings - minimum.
Have a CTS certification or agree to obtain in the first six months.
Capable of making decisions for long term results.
