Job Description / Duties
The Labour Coordinator, under the direction of the Director of People and Culture, is primarily responsible for coordinating technician’s schedules on Bespoke Audio Visual events. In conjunction with the other members of the Operations Team, the Labour Coordinator provides operational support to the Production Team, helping to stay ahead of the ever changing day-to-day needs and challenges. This position comprises an average 40-hour work week with scheduled “on-call” duties as required. The Labour Coordinator must possess ability to adapt to new technology and deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times. This position is a hybrid role.
Key Duties
• Responsible for change management for events that are less than 2 weeks from prep
• Perform outreach to all crew and confirm them for events that are less than 2 weeks from prep via Lasso (Bespoke's labour management software solution)
• Create events and confirm crew that are less than 2 weeks from prep date via Lasso (Bespoke's labour management software solution)
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of all Bespoke Audio Visual software systems
• Work closely with Bespoke's Labour Manager and Production Managers to ensure the highest level of accuracy on all events
• Be fluent in all functions of Lasso, and provide support to the organization
• Help maintain accurate, up-to-date, and complete contractor personnel records
• Participate in the decision process of evaluating candidates
• Help coordinate employee/freelancer programs, including skills development training and health and safety programs
• Responsible for assigning designated show report technicians to all events via Lasso
• Participate in professional development activities to improve knowledge and skills
• Coordinate and track Bespoke Audio Visual’s branded clothing for technicians and employees
Work Conditions
• Operation of desktop computer and peripherals
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
• Comply with Company’s hybrid work policy (work from home and in office requirements)
Additional Terms
Reports To: Director of People and Culture
Other duties as necessary may be required and are expected from the position within reason.
All percentages of Key Duties subject to alteration as necessary.

Compensation
Total Compensation $50,000 to $55,000 and includes:
