What's New > International Theatre Engineering & Architecture Conference 2018
The organisers of the quadrennial International Theatre Engineering and Architecture Conference (ITEAC) are delighted to announce that the fifth edition of this essential event will take place in London, 3-5 June 2018.
ITEAC is the leading international gathering for those involved in the planning, design, construction, specification or operation of places of entertainment; it only happens every four years and the next edition promises to be the most diverse and learned conference since the event’s inception in 2002.
ITEAC 2018 - Places for Performance: New Directions? runs over three days in June – Sunday 3rd, Monday 4th & Tuesday 5th – at the start of a week of discovery for those involved with theatre design and technology.
Immediately following ITEAC 2018 will be the Association of British Theatre Technicians (ABTT) 40th anniversary annual Theatre Show – Wednesday 6th & Thursday 7th – where product and service suppliers meet with specifiers, designers and production practitioners over two days of exhibition and seminars.
ITEAC 2018 will be held in the heart of the West End of London and the ABTT Theatre Show will be at Alexandra Palace, the Grade II listed venue and home of the world’s first regular television broadcasts, located just north of the City of London.
