The TSP wrote the standard you need. Trying to keep people from falling off the stage? Yup, the TSP has you covered there, too.

So, let’s talk turkey: TSP standards can’t continue—and certainly can’t continue to be free and accessible to everyone—without your help. That’s why ESTA and Don Earl of Earl Girls Inc. came up with the EGI Challenge. EGI donated the first $50,000 to the TSP, and they’re challenging you to double it by December 31.
