FallTech has issued a product stop use, inspection and replace notice for full body harnesses with Quick-Connect (Bayonet) Style Buckles, manufactured from 10/12/2010-2/9/2012. The date of manufacture can be found in the centre section of the first label on each full body harness.
If you use a FallTech harness, please check the date of manufacture and immediately remove it from service. The manufacturer has provided full inspection procedures and more information in the following PDF that can be download here.
