Mental Health First Aid (on Zoom)
Mental health first aid is the support provided to people who may be experiencing a decline in their mental well-being or a mental health crisis. MHFA gives us the tools and knowledge what to do when faced with someone having a mental health emergency. Understanding the signs and symptoms of a mental health crisis and knowing how to help can be vital in many life and work situations.

Self-Compassion Workshop (on Zoom)
This workshop will provide you with crucial skills in self-compassion and give perspective on why it is so important. Together, we will work through self-kindness, validation, self-protection, and providing for ourselves. We will also discuss useful tools and strategies to help build and practice self-compassion.

Reactivation Program (applications have reopened!)
The Reactivation Program provides direct financial assistance to independent and self-employed workers in the live performance sector who are experiencing financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic and who need financial support to maintain or regain work in the sector.
This funding provides a one-time relief payment of up to $2,500 for live performance workers, including independent, self-employed and gig workers with a focus on the theatrical and technical disciplines in Canada outside of the province of Quebec.
