Review: Architecture Commission Tour and Workshop
We're excited to share insights from the OISTAT Architecture Commission Tour at the State Opera Prague on June 16. Led by Pavel Dautovský, the State Opera's Technical Director, the tour delved into the venue's architectural and technical aspects. Attendees explored its rich history, behind-the-scenes operations, and technical infrastructure. Due to overwhelming interest, an additional session was organized, hosting 46 participants in total. We extend our gratitude to Pavel Dautovský for enriching the experience.
Furthermore, at PQ 2023, our Architecture Commission hosted a workshop where diverse theatre design disciplines collaborated on envisioning a theatre space. Dr. Dorita Hannah's intriguing presentation sparked discussions centered around the question "What is theatre space?" This energetic gathering reinforced our commitment to fostering innovative theatre spaces.
