Job Description / Duties
Rising Tide Theatre in Trinity, NL, is seeking a sound technician for its 2019 summer season. The position will be full time from mid May and running to September 1st 2019. Salary commensurate with experience. Rising Tide will provide accommodations in Trinity.
Qualifications / Required Skills
- strong skills in theatrical audio equipment
- degree or diploma in a related field is considered an asset, or students in the later part of a degree or diploma will be considered.
- team player
- sound technician should provide technical support for the creation and run of several shows in the summer festival, including setting up audio equipment for shows involving music, running the sound board and maintenance of equipment
- ability to assist with lightning an asset
Salary: $550-$650/week
