Job Description / Duties

The Technical Resources Manager will report to the President of AC Americas and will have the primary responsibility of supporting the Sales and Sales Support teams in ensuring that the repairs, returns and replacement inventory is managed and coordinated to supply our clients with the best quality of customer service. The Technical Resources Manager will manage, mentor, and assign electronics repair technicians their day-to-day instructions, as well as manage the Tech support Team.

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in a related field from an accredited University/College in Electronics
• 5 years of related experience and/or training in stage lighting applications and principles of lighting and related controls.
• Working knowledge of A.C. Americas (Lighting, Audio & Video) product lines
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and related lighting software (Dialux an asset)
• Working knowledge of computer software and hardware repairs
• Basic knowledge of Electrical Theory and ability to calculate loading of 3 phase electrical systems

Salary: $90,000.00-$110,000.00
