Job Description / Duties
We’re looking for a part-time Virtual Production Manager & On-Call Weekend Support Coordinator. This role supports two areas of the business: workshop delivery and technical support. When producing a workshop you’ll ensure participants have a seamless in-workshop experience by managing the flow of sessions from preparation to providing instructions, managing breakout rooms and supporting the facilitator with participant questions. When covering our on-call weekend support you will help answer client questions by both phone and email.
Think you have what it takes? Here is what you’ll do:
Meet with our facilitator(s) before each session to understand workshop objectives, key delivery maneuvers and any other important workshop specifics
Prepare each workshop’s Production Manager plans, also known as Play-by-Plays
Manage the workshop conferencing platform, typically Zoom, MS Teams or Cisco WebEx
Support participants by answering both technical and logistical questions while in session
Provide In Case of Emergency technical assistance to both the facilitator and participants
Provide facilitators with feedback and key learnings from the session
Own the updating and improvement of Production Manager processes and assets
Stay up to date on all ExperiencePoint products as updates are released
On-call one weekend per month: Cover the weekend Support email and phone requests from 5pm ET on Friday until 2am ET Monday. This role is expected to cover one weekend per month with options to cover more weekends if so desired.
Qualifications / Required Skills
Who you are and what you’ve accomplished:
Strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot technical problems
Experience using Zoom, MS Teams and Cisco WebEx
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Calm under pressure with the ability to problem solve when things don’t go to plan
Ability to exercise sound judgment and take initiative
Comfortable communicating with a diverse range of team members and clients
Embodies a high degree of empathy for both the Facilitator and participants
Commitment to the highest standards of preparation and customer orientation in the industry
Available outside of the typical 9 - 5 PM EST work schedule. ExperiencePoint’s clients are global and this role will require one to support clients in Europe and Asia Pacific timezones in addition to North America.
Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin or French (highly recommended)
Nice to have: a background in theatre or theatre production is an asset

Salary: $24/ hour plus overnight premium
