Job Description / Duties
Reporting to the Artistic Director, the Lighting Designer will design the lighting of a new (to-be-announced) farce featured in the company’s 2022 season.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with the Director, Production Manager, Technical Director to provide lighting design for the production. PLEASE NOTE: this production takes place at two separate venues and as such, the design may need significant changes to fit each space.
- Ensure that all work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the professional calibre expected of Theatre by the Bay’s artists and audiences.
- Attend production meetings in full readiness and provide regular communication, as necessary.
Qualifications / Required Skills
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in professional lighting design.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to demonstrate grace and kindness under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.
- Flexible scheduling when necessary.
Salary: 2300.00
