Job Posting Process:

MEMBERS: Please be sure to LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT before filling out the form so that you are not taken to checkout when you click "Submit". Need help? If you are having issues logging in, would like to be added as a secondary member to an existing membership in order to be able to post, or have any questions regarding membership or the job board, please contact us at support@citt.org.

NON-MEMBERS: Please complete the form below and click "Submit". A fee of CA$50.00 plus applicable taxes will be charged at checkout. Payment is made via e-commerce only (we accept VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard and Interac Online). As per our policy, please ensure that salary details are clearly stated before submitting a job offer and making your payment. CITT/ICTS will not be held responsible for any jobs not published as a result of failure to comply with our guidelines.

Policy regarding Salary Disclosure Required On CITT/ICTS Job Board:

Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting a job offer:

• To provide transparency to potential candidates and job seekers, CITT/ICTS will only publish job postings that include specifics about remuneration.
• Job postings on the CITT/ICTS Job Board are required to contain a range of compensation such as: an hourly wage, annual salary, a salary range, or a link to a salary scale or salary policy (in the case of unionized employers and universities, for example).
• In the case of a sales positions, CITT/ICTS understands the variable nature of the compensation. However, employers are still required to provide some detail, including whether the position is commission-based, salary-based, or both, and ideally even more detail if their policies allow.
• Job postings without any information on salary will remain unpublished on the website.
• In the case of incomplete postings due to either unpaid invoices, incomplete checkout process, or paying for posting as a CITT/ICTS Member (Members can post for free), CITT/ICTS staff will contact you once to resolve the situation. If no response is received, CITT/ICTS may, at its sole discretion, decide not to post the position and/or keep the payment amount received.
