We are pleased to announce that our Annual General Meeting will be held Friday, 15 November 2024 at 5:15PM (MDT). This will be a hybrid meeting, held both online and in-person, and the attendance link will be shared with all who register. The meeting will be held immediately after our QLab training course finishes. For those who aren’t attending the training, the AGM will be held in the F.R. Matthews Theatre on the University of Calgary campus.

All CITT/ICTS members are encouraged to attend, as well as anyone who would like to learn more about who we are, and how we help live entertainment in Canada. Only Alberta Members in good-standing will be eligible to vote.

The CITT/ICTS Alberta Section is ran entirely by volunteers that actively help promote the professional development of its members, and works for the betterment of the Canadian live performance community. If you are interested in giving a small amount of time each month to help with this mission, you can take part in shaping this organization. Please contact us at alberta@citt.org for details and job descriptions. This year we have the positions of Vice-Chairs North and South, Treasurer and several Directors-At-Large positions up for election.

If you would like to designate another member with a proxy vote for yourself or your organization please let us know in advance.

We are always looking for new ways to engage the membership, so if you have ideas or opportunities you would like to see us facilitate, please bring us your ideas.
