The 2024 Annual General Meeting is the occasion to meet with the Board and organization members.

The CITT/ICT Board of Directors will present the 2024 financial statements and the Regional Section Reports, introduce the elected board members and discuss the future of the organization.

Only members in good-standing, including the designated voting delegate of all corporation members, are entitled to vote at the AGM.

PLENARY

Join CITT/ICTS for an in-depth and engaging discussion. This year’s topic is Future Directions: Innovating Engagement at CITT/ICTS and will be led by Andrea Lundy, CITT/ICTS Secretary. The plenary will be held about 15 minutes after the AGM, in the same room. 

Open to all conference attendees and CITT/ICTS members as well as interested future members. This is an in-person event only.

If you are unable to attend the Plenary in person we invite you to read through the Plenary Description and send in your feedback via this contact form. Conference attendees are invited to submit comments and ideas on-site via the following methods:

→ Via the conference app: To submit comments via the app, please log in and search for the plenary session in the schedule. Once on the Plenary page, scroll down to the Feedback icon and click it.

→ On-Site via a Comments & Ideas Box: A box with paper and pens will be available in the main lobby of the Persephone Theatre for delegates to write down their thoughts and ideas on the plenary topic. These will be read and addressed during the plenary session.
