The conversation will cover many topics, including safety at heights, and give us a glimpse into Don's current work and his new company BACKSTAGE PASS.

Behind the scenes, Don has developed safety protocols, procedures and training tailored to the unique demands of live performance. From rigging and set construction to crowd management and emergency preparedness, he works to ensure that every aspect of a production strives for the highest safety standards without compromising the artistic vision.
As a production professional, he is an educator, designer, and technician who equips industry peers with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the intricacies of production and safety in the live entertainment arena.
