Arcadia Central Station is the next generation scaleable IP-based intercom platform that integrates legacy wired partyline and wireless systems with the latest Clear-Com endpoints and third-party Dante and AES67 AoIP devices.

In this session, intercom expert Adrian Sterling will give attendees a technical introduction to the Arcadia Central Station and its key features:

● Supports all FreeSpeak Systems, all bands can be combined (1.9, 2.4 and 5 GHz)
● Interoperability with Dante third-party devices
● Density of interconnections, both in number and in types.
● Supports IP Transceivers via AES67, enabling higher density
● Modern CCM interface
● LQ (Remote Site Intercom) Integration.

Adrian Sterling has been an active member of the Canadian audio industry for more than 20 years. Prior to joining GerrAudio in 2022, Adrian worked in production as an RF and wireless communications specialist.

During his career in production, Adrian provided wireless expertise for productions such as the Canadian Screen Awards, The JUNO Awards, Canada's Walk of Fame, Genie Awards, Gemini Awards, Major League Baseball's LLC and CBC Special Series such as Battle of the Blades, How do you Solve a Problem Like Maria and Over the Rainbow.

Adrian has experienced the workflow of production wireless from multiple vantage points. Being in the roles of Frequency Coordinator, Technician and/or A2 throughout his career has provided him with a unique 360o view of complex workflows and stringent production constraints.
