BOOTH RESERVATION

 ACCESS CODE  Due to an increasing number of fraudulent registrations, ALL trade show registration types (members and non-members) as well as the link to purchase additional items are protected with an access code.

EMAIL US and we'll quickly provide you with your code so that you can register.


CITT/ICTS MEMBERS: Please LOG IN before starting your registration. It will prepopulate the registration form and apply the purchase to your CITT/ICTS account.

STEPS TO RESERVE YOUR BOOTH or TABLETOP:

1 - SELECT the appropriate button based on your CITT/ICTS membership category: Contributing, Sustaining, Organizational Not-for-profit or Non-member and enter the access code.

2 - Fill the Exhibitor Registration Form. Click Submit.

3 - If you need additional items such as electrical outlets, tables and chairs, or if you wish to add carpet to your booth - please add them to your cart during your registration. Click Checkout when done and proceed with payment.

Payment instructions:

At check out, you may choose to Pay now by e-commerce (payments by Credit/Debit Cards) OR to Pay later by invoice.

If you choose to be invoiced, the payment of dues will be payable upon reception of your invoice and may be made either by: Cheque, Interac e-Transfer or Bank Wire. The procedure for each option will be detailed on your invoice.

PRODUCT SHOWCASE BREAKFAST

Thursday August 15 | 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. | Alt Hotel - Indigo Room

Trade Show exhibitors are invited to be centre stage for a couple minutes to showcase their new product or service! This event will kick off the Trade Show on Thursday August 15, 2024. Presenting is free for our corporate members. The Product Showcase Breakfast is a popular event and a fantastic opportunity to connect with our members and industry professionals!

SPEAKER DEMO

Friday August 16 | 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. (hours TBC) | Persephone Theatre - Rawlco Radio Hall Main Stage

Exhibitors are invited to showcase speakers to trade show visitors, talk briefly about their specifications and play some music.

SWAG BINGO NIGHT

Thursday August 15 | 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. | Blackrose Whiskey Club

Conference and Trade Show participants will gather for a notoriously entertaining evening of BINGO to try to win company swag as bingo prizes and donated items from the Live Auction. Swag BINGO is part corporate recognition, part social mixer, part fundraiser for The AFC – and a whole lot of fun! Corporate members and Trade Show Exhibitors are welcomed to contribute to the cause by donating swag prizes or auction items.

Booth Staff Registration (Trades Show + Conference)

CONFERENCE: Each 10x10 reservation includes two (2) Full Conference Pass | Each Tabletop reservation includes one (1) Full Conference Pass. If you wish to benefit from that offer please email us and we will send you a special link to register for free. This offer is restricted to your booth staff.

Additional conference registrations must be made via our Delegate Registration webpage, where various registration types and fees are available. Please email us if you have any questions.


Exhibitor Package

The Exhibitor Package (Manual, shipping labels and packing slip) will be emailed to each confirmed exhibitor individually.

 CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of booth registration by the exhibitor is subject to a credit note only, applicable towards a registration to any future CITT/ICTS (excluding its regional Sections) conferences, workshops or special events or to the renewal of CITT/ICTS membership dues. Membership fees are not refundable.
