P.M. Arts (Production Managing the Arts)
3rd Toronto Conference from March 25 to 28, 2010
Hosted by Ryerson Theatre School
Director Peter Fleming
Sponsored by PACT & CITT

How one manages the production process varies from theatre to stadium, and the people doing it go by different names: Production Manager, Production Co-ordinator, PM/TD, or some combination. What we all have in common, however, is the need to get our production (or season) up on time, on budget, and within a safe and positive work environment. All sessions have an appeal for managers and production staff alike, as they offer skills development and the opportunity to share experiences.
