CITT/ICTS RENDEZ-VOUS 2021 - Presentation Proposal Form

Please fill out the form below to submit your proposal. The conference committee will review it and follow up with you.

Types of presentation:

  • Educational Session (60 min max): Virtual meeting with the aim of sharing knowledge on a specific subject.
  • TEC Talk (60 min max): Virtual meeting with the aim of sharing technical expertise. For example in AV integration, lighting, staging, pro audio, special effects, video mapping, virtual reality, business solutions or any other relevant topic.
  • Panel discussion (90 min max): Virtual meeting bringing together a main presenter or moderator with guest speakers around one topic.
  • Round table discussion (90 min max): Virtual meeting bringing together participants to discuss around one topic.

Rendez-vous 2021 conference hours are 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 8:00 p.m. EDT

→ The CITT/ICTS AGM will take place on Thursday August 12th, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. EDT. No presentations will be delivered during that time.

Presentations will be delivered online. Presenters must have a camera, computer with microphone and high speed Internet connection. If you don't have access to those items, please indicate below and we will endeavour to find a solution.
